Had vehicle for 5 months could not fix. Jeep offered to buy back vehicle, Elm Grove Dodge would not host the buy back. They demanded vehicle be towed from there lot at owners expense to a dealer that would host buy back. We have bought 4 jeeps from them. NEVER AGAIN!!! TRISH
I would give this dealership 1000 stars if I could. They went above and beyond for helping get my car fixed. You couldn’t ask for a more honest place to take your vehicle to be serviced. I couldn’t say thank you enough for them and all they did for me and my husband.
Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this dealership. They were very friendly and professional. They seemed to truly care about the customers experience and would go the extra mile to help in anyway they could. I love my new Jeep Compass and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Went in with one large and several small problems. The reception and helpfullness could not have been better. Had no appointment, did not matter. My vehicle was taken care of right away. Gave me a ride home when the problem looked like would take some time. Called me with updates on progress of my car in shop. Called me when work completed and sent a car to pick me up. Overall best experience possible. Thank you, will always use this dealership for my car in the future.

We were traveling to DC from Wisc and had a oil/water leak. We stopped at (4) Dodge dealership to have our vehicle inspected and this is the only dealership that would give us the time of day. We stopped at 4:30 pm and they offered to put the vehicle up on the rack to inspect it and to find our problem. I had my 2016 keep patriot serviced at your dealership on 7/12/2021!! I had no problem getting an appointment !! The service department has always been so very courteous and helpful to me!! They were so very symbolic and caring with me when I told them my husband had just passed away in April of this year!! My car was completed in a reasonable amount of time!!! I would recommend elm grove keep to everyone !! Wonderful workers!! Very lucky to have such good help these days!!
First time I went to Elm Grove Dodge. I had to get my car inspected. I had an 11 AM appointment which did not keep me waiting. Within 30 minutes I was advised I was good to go. I stepped up to the counter to pay for the inspection and the two gentlemen there couldn’t have been more professional, patient, and friendly. I took my daughters Jeep in to check how a hesitation in the transmission. They found a couple of software updates that needed done. They were very helpful, explained what they needed to do, and had me out of there in time for another appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable service technicians working the counter. Good service fair price and I usually don’t like the dealer thing because of the high labor but they don’t charge to figure out what’s wrong like a garage the charge is the time fixing and the parts so turned out pretty good. John worked with me and was pleasing. I recommend this dealership.

I bought a kia rio from them and with in a month problems started happening. The service manager then promised me that the car would be fixed with in two days. I waited two weeks and nothing was done! Horrible service will never tell anyone to go there terrible buisness.
My mother's Dodge Caliber had 55,000 miles on it and started losing power. She called 3 other dealers who couldn't look at it any time soon. She then got an appointment with Elm Grove Dodge. They had her car for a month and charged her $1500 to fix it. Every time they put it on a machine, they charged her for the reading. She got the car back and lost power and was almost hit by a truck.
